THE CLIMBER, BEFORE
The sections wrapped in orange caution fence were deemed by NJ Office of Licensing to be inappropriate for the young children in our program. We tried to ignore the fenced-off parts of our climber for four years.
FAMILY PREP DAY August 5, 2017
Removing all the temporary barriers we’d installed as part of the KEEP OFF sections. Families helped empty the contents of the storage shed in preparation for having it moved.
MARKED AND READY FOR REMOVAL August 8, 2017
Three small hemlock trees were sacrificed to create an entrance point. Other plantings were moved to other locations on the property, and they live on!

OCTOBER 3, 2017 – We waited and waited, but at last, work on the Gazebo foundation began.
